| Any refund is due to Disk Jockey "KC" Cameron's good will. The guarantee only applies to things within Disk Jockey "KC" Cameron's immediate control that occur at and during the party. Any complaints must be thoroughly explained to Disk Jockey "KC" Cameron immediately, followed by a certified, signed letter within two weeks. Any guarantee is void if Disk Jockey "KC" Cameron's professional recommendations are not followed. All planners for weddings, mitzvahs, etc. are to be received no later than two weeks before the event, or guarantees are void. Any disagreement over whether a refund is due will be determined by a mutually agreed upon Mediator. |
